KOTHAMALLI(DHANIYA) PODI

I love kothamalli  podi  the best of all podi varieties….If we mix this with hot fluffy rice and sesame oil and have one sutta appalam  by side….Droolingnothing can beat!! I never made this after my marriage,so when my mom visited my place,I noted down the recipe and made. My hubby and me enjoy this a lot, especially when we have rice for dinner.

A five star podi & a 5 star photo. I have never hd podi with sesame oil, always use ghee in hot rice. The oil must impart a different flavor. need to try it.
