Channa masala bhatura

Could any one believe that this is the first time I am trying channa masala and bhatura at homeSurprise? But its true, today is the big day ! I tried this combo at homeDay dreaming!!  I though have a contribution recipe here.I dint followed any authentic channa masala recipe, but I just made of my own like I do my usual kurma. But I just loved it, I love it always too,but only coz of my husband, who doesn't like channa at all.. Also I was bit hesitant to try out the bhatura- the full and full maida deep fried thingSigh… But today I overcame everything and made this for dinner. For a change, from the usual dinner menu, we enjoyed this muchDrooling! One can call this Kondakadalai Kurma and Maida poori too.Thinking

i am planning to make channa masala for party .22 adults and 15 kids .just wanted to know how much channa i need and if possible other measurements also
    thanks

    1. Is this alone the main dish you are making? If so 4-5 cups of channa might be needed. 5 onions, 10 tomatoes and like wise you can increase the other ingredients as well. 1 whole coconut might be needed. use GGpaste like 3-4 tsp. Fennel 2 tsp. Hope this helps...
