  71. Hi ,
I tried the vegetable puffs today.. It came out very well..

But wanted to check with you regarding the puff pastry sheet.. I got the Pampas brand, which is more like a block and you need to roll out the individual sheets..

May I please check which brand of the pastry sheets you had used ? and was it a block or do you have individual sheets which you can use as it is?

If it is a block, can you pls post pics of how to roll it out evenly into these rectangular shapes..

    Thank you!!

    1. What I bought is also pampas I think, but it was ready made rolled out sheets of 4 pack.

  73. It looks awesome ! I am going to try this out tomorrow. Will post on your fb page once they r do e. Quick question though : Once you put the filling and cover it with the pastry..we would need to seal it right? Or just fold and Leave it? Would the layers come Well?
