  31. I have seen some of the chef are using some technique to fire up ingredients in pan to have some smokey flavor, can u suggest me mam, how its done?

    And salute to ur recipes...

    1. Nothing special to do that, use more oil, and heat in high flame. Once it smokes, slightly stir so that the oil is exposed to fire and it will catch fire :) Use small tadka ladle or a shallow pan. Please be careful too!
