Recipe Cuisine:Indian   |  Recipe Category: Festival recipes

I will update some more sundal recipes during Navaratri as I do for my Kolu.

Here are the recipes I already have in my blog, that can be prepared during Navaratri and offered as prasadam to the guests coming for Kolu.

Preparation time includes over nigh soaking of 12 hrs for sundal recipes, but cooking time will be less than 20 mins. Other recipes, please check the individual for cooking time and preparation time.

Ingredients mainly used for sundal are legumes like Rajma, Chickpeas, green gram and dals like channa dal, moong dal...

It is what differentiates you from others. In this recipe adding jaggery will it not sweeten puliyotharai? What is the purpose of adding jaggery? Thanks in advance.

    1. We are adding very little when compared to the other ingredients, so you wont even know the presence, rather it will enhance all the other tastes
