Chia-seed-pudding-recipe
Easy Chocolate chia seeds pudding, simple ingredients, tasty and healthy too. Perfect to kick start a day with this as breakfast. I never knew such thing existed until I saw this idea in Instagram. It was really tempting. I too had chia seeds with me to use it up. Chia seeds are similar to sabja seeds that we get in India. It has lots of health benefits and has dietary fiber. I browsed for recipe and found one in Foodnetwork. This can be kept ready overnight in fridge and had in the morning for breakfast. I had for breakfast and it was really good.

Ingredients

Chia seeds - 3 tbsp

Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp

Honey - 1 tbsp

Sugar - 1 tsp 

Milk - 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp

Rolled oats - 1 tbsp

Almonds - 5

Cashew nuts - 5

Dates - 2

Raisin - 8


Method

  1. Mix chia seeds, honey, coco powder, sugar and milk. Keep it refirgerated.1-mix
  2. After atleast 1 hour, it will be soaked and get thickened to a pudding consistency. Keep nuts and dates chopped.  
  3. 2-dry-fruits
  4. To serve, transfer to serving bowl and top with the dry fruits, nuts and oats.
  5. 3-ready

Notes

  • Adjust milk if it is too thick. Use milk at room temperature.
  • You can top with granola too if you have.
  • Use raisins and cashews in moderate.

    1. Raw is fine (since very less quantity), if you want you can roast and add.
